Do you have stocks of the products?
Yes, we do. We usually have stock of all products in the shop. In the rare situation that we are out of stock, we will inform you immediately of the expected delivery time. If you don’t have time to wait, we can offer you an alternative product. If this is not suitable for you, you can cancel your order and we will refund your payment.
Is a fitting or filter included with the pumps?
No, they are sold separately. If you need any accessories, you can choose the most suitable product for you.
Do you sell other types of Shurflo pumps than the ones in the webshop?
We distribute the RV and marine product range of the Shurflo brand. We stock the products you can find in our webshop. We can also supply other items in the product range with a dedicated factory order but this is an extra time and shipping cost. We do not, sell Shurflo industrial and agricultural products at all.
Do you sell spare parts?

How much is the delivery cost?
Once you have added the products you want to buy to your shopping cart, you can see how much it will cost to have your order delivered before you checkout. This amount is between 20 and 30 EURO depending on the delivery address.
What is the delivery time?
If you pay for your order before noon, we can send it the same day by FedEx. If after that, it may not be until the next working day. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on the delivery address.
Can I track delivery of my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link with your invoice in email to track your package. You can receive additional email notifications from the carrier about updates to your parcel.
Can I buy as a company with EU tax number at net price (excluding VAT)?
Absolutely. In this case, please enter your EU VAT number in the order form and select “bank transfer” as payment method. If we have checked your EU VAT number and it is valid, we will send you a proforma invoice (without VAT) and you can pay for your order by bank transfer.
